MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To provide administrative and technical support to ensure that routine facility processes, including building operations, and projects are executed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures the Facilities Operations and Projects team delivers tasks efficiently and within the specified timelines.
- Conducts daily Tool Box meetings with technicians to address and monitor issues effectively.
- Documents all activity logs and maintenance records for facility assets, ensuring they are easily accessible when needed.
- Ensures business continuity by maintaining system availability and reliability.
- Manages the daily activities of external contractors in respect to the maintenance and housekeeping of all flydubai managed facilities.
- Coordinates with various departments to ensure clear understanding and fulfillment of facility related requirements while maintaining positive customer relations.
- Ensure that maintenance contractors adhere to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for each equipment they maintain according to the scheduled plan.
- Coordinate with authorities for all facility related activities.
- Conducts inspections and risk assessments of all flydubai facilities to ensure a risk-free environment and ensure compliance with quality, safety and cost standards.
- Assists with the evaluation of vendors in terms of their performance, compliance to safety and deliverables.
- Maintains and enhances the overall health, safety, and environmental standards of all facilities.
- Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance of hard and soft services, to ensure they are conducted in the safest, most efficient, and cost-effective manner.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Minimum Education Level
· Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
Education Specific Requirement (if applicable)
· Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil)
Languages
· Fluent in English
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Years with Qualifications
· 5
Professional Experience
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management field as a FM Supervisor with hands on experience with Operations Management, Staff Supervision and development, Maintenance & Repairs, Health & Safety compliance.
Systems Knowledge (if applicable)
· Knowledge of AutoCAD, CAFM and MS Office.
· Able to understand Programable Logic Control (PLC)

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
